Henri Matisse’s granddaughter Sophie has recently painted five separate and very unique chess sets for an upcoming exhibit.

The Art of the Game for the Beyond the Border International Contemporary Art Fair lasts three days at the Grand Del Mar in San Diego and will host these amazing Matisse chess sets. 

The event takes place in early September, but start saving your cash now, each chess set is priced at $16,000.
